Orders are only accepted from qualfied promotional products distributors. For tax reasons, third party billing is not permitted.
*Complete purchase order number as generated on your PO form must be placed in the subject line of both the order and art emails before they can be reviewed. All emailed orders must be sent to the above email addresses in the form of a PDF attachment and also include all artwork files. Any other formats may result in processing delays. If artwork is not able to be sent with your order due to system limitations, please send art files to the artwork email above with your PO number in the subject line. Purchase orders will not be accepted at the email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org email addresses.

Order Acknowledgement for Imprint Orders
After receiving your order, Bullet will send you an Order Acknowledgement. Please read carefully and contact the factory immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted and are subject to the less than minimum charge. SureShip® is available for less than minimum orders; however, it incurs a double less than minimum charge. Exact quantities will also be accepted at an additional cost. See decorating and add-on pricing page for associated charges.
Orders can be canceled only with written factory authorization prior to imprinting or production. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, it may be subject to additional charges. Charges will still apply to any product proof received prior to order cancellation.
Blank Product Returns
First quality, blank returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific return authorization from the factory and all returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date in order to be eligible for credit. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to the factory.
Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or resizing is free, but is not available on Sureship® orders.
Accepted Artwork Files: All methods - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw. Must be vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps or ai file.
Half Tones: Half tones only availble on PhotoGrafixx, sublimated items, heat transfer, digital mouse pad heat transfer and offset printing. All art supplied with half tones should be "to size" at 75 line screen.
Suggested Ink Colors: See the following listing of all suggested ink colors.
PMS Color Matching: Color matching is availble at no cost. However PMS matching s not gaurenteed on dark-colored items or stainless steel and is not availble for PhotoGrafixx or digital mouse pad heat transfer.
Requests for Artwork on File: Artwork is kept on file for up to 18 months. Re-orders must contain the customer number, PO number, and/or Bullet order number plus a copy of the artwork to ensue the correct artwork is pulled. Artwork CANNOT be transferred from one distributor's file to another without written permission from the original distributor. Art files greater than 18 months must be resubmitted.
Artwork return requests: Artwork will be returned upon written request after completetion of order and payment of invoice. Written requests may be made via mail, fax, or email. Requests on purchace orders will not be processed. Distributor is responsible for postage and/or frieght changes. Any deboss dies returned to customers are not eligible to be sent back to Bullet for a future order. A new die will be required.
Bullet must receive your proof approval and must have shipping information before production commences. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and lead time. Allow 1 additional day for processing. The following proofs are available:

Paper Proof (only if requested)
First paper proof is free. Additional paper proofs, available upon request at a cost.
Product proofs can be ordered at an additional cost. Product proofs can be shipped using our standard 5-day ship when requested. Cost is product proof charge plus item price, running charge, overnight freight charges, and applicable order setup. Depending on order size and imprint type, Bullet may require a product proof.

Random decorated samples up to $10.00 (Z) EQP will be at no charge with 50% off ground shipping when ordered on our website. Sample orders received by 5 PM EST (for U.S. destinations) and 1 PM EST (for Canadian destinations) can ship same day if specified on order and would ship on PCNA’s preferred carrier. If using a UPS third party account, the sample order will ship the next business day. Please provide a third-party shipper number for direct freight billing. If a shipper number is not provided, Bullet will invoice for the applicable shipping charges. Sample orders will ship FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. Available for SureShip® upon request. These items are non-returnable.
Spec samples include a specific logo, decoration method and location. These can be purchased at 25% off catalog EQP for the product. Full setup and running charges apply. These items are non-returnable. Limit of three per item number. Spec samples are available for SureShip® up to 5 items (maximum of 3 pieces per item). Spec samples are not available on Direct process and offset printed items.
Self-promotions can be purchased at 50% off catalog EQP for the product (25% all technology items). Full setup and running charges apply. These items are non-returnable. Limit of middle-column quantity per item number. Due to increased holiday production, self-promotion orders for all items must ship by November 10, 2017. Additional restrictions may apply on new items. Self-promotion discount only applies to the specific piece that is decorated with the distributor’s name or logo only. The addition of other imprinted logos or names to the product will disqualify it from receiving any discount. In the case of multiple items on one order; only the items with the distributor name or logo are eligible for the self-promotion discount. Clearance items, direct process and offset printed items are not available for self-promotion.
Please call for lead times if insertions/attachments are requested. Insertion instructions must be noted on your purchase order. When requesting label attachments, printed labels must be provided to Bullet. Production will not begin until customer-supplied inserts/attachments are received. Orders above catalog quantity will require additional lead time. Bullet items will be inserted into other Bullet items free of charge. Additional restrictions apply to HumphreyLine® items.
Pricing is available on our website and is solely based on item quantity. Turnaround time is one business day. Blank orders received by 2:00 PM EST can ship same day if specified on order. Same day shipping not available when shipping via ground to Canada, LTL carrier or US Mail. Blank product is not available on sublimated items.
