What is SureShip®?

SureShip® is the industry’s first express program. If you place your order before 5 p.m. EST, it ships the very next business day at no additional cost. SureShip® is available for all of our apparel decorating methods. See SureShip® checklist for additional requirements.

For Trimark products, SureShip® is not available for HXD, embroidery of more than 10,000 stitches, Mixed Media, more than one decoration location and orders of more than 200 pieces.

SureShip® must be designated on order. Complete order and electronic or camera-ready artwork must be received by 5 p.m. EST for Trimark products. If you submit an order after normal business hours, include a primary after-hours contact. A phone number or email address is required so that we can reach you in the event of questions relating to the order.

Artwork will not be modified by our artists. Typesetting, personalization and non-standard decorating requests are not available with SureShip®. Art must be submitted to size. Accepted file types include native Adobe Illustrator vector files including .ai and .eps.

For Trimark products, SureShip® is only available for single-location decoration.

For spec samples, a maximum of five items are eligible for SureShip®. For self-promos, SureShip® is not available.

For Trimark, 200 pieces is the maximum for SureShip.

For SureShip®, the less-than-minimum fee is $150 US per item.

What is standard turnaround?

Three-day turnaround is standard on exact reorders. Five-day turnaround is standard on orders with new art.

Standard turnaround is not available for embroidery of more than 25,000 stitches for apparel.

For Mixed-Media, standard three-day turn is available for reorders only (up to 25,000 stitches); five-day turn is available with new art (embroidery up to 25,000 stitches).

Call for lead times for multiple-location decoration.

For spec samples, there’s a maximum of three per item and for self-promos, there’s a maximum of three per item.

For standard three- and five-day turnaround, it is $75 US per item.

How will my order be delivered?

We use FedEx as standard carriers and for quoting purposes. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an Advance Shipping Notice that includes a tracking number.

Please specify the shipping method on your purchase order. If a method is not specified, we will use our judgment in selecting a method to meet your in-hands date. If an in-hands date is not specified, we will use the most economical option. Additionally, if you would prefer to use another shipping provider, please provide a third party account number with your order.

Rush services are available based on production capacity and decorating method. We will make every effort to meet your needs without additional charges, but courier and expediting charges may apply.


General Shipping Information

An exact reorder has the same art, product and product quantity as a previous order, which means it can be processed more quickly.

Lead time refers to the time it takes to process and prepare an order before it is ready to ship. Lead time begins at receipt of complete order details.

These orders must include the distributor name, contact name, contact phone number and purchase order number.

For SureShip®, there can be as many as five drop ship locations. Call for more information about drop ship options.


Special Order Information

Product proofs are available within the standard five-day lead time (pending proof approval timing). Depending on order size and imprint type, Leed’s may require a product proof.

Paper proofs must be requested on the purchase order. Paper proofs are available with standard three- and five-day turn. The first paper proof is free. Paper proofs are not available with SureShip® orders.

For Trimark, call for lead times on additional stitches above 10,000 for SureShip® and above 25,000 for standard three- and five-day turnaround.
