How to Create My Lists

This tool will help you to organize product groupings for different clients, for your favorites or to group them to look at later. As you are browsing the site, add an item from either Leed's or Bullet or both companies to the list by clicking the + sign. The list of items will always be available at the top of the page no matter where you navigate to in the PCNA site.

How to Manage My Lists

Once you've added all the products you'd like, there are several actions you can take. These lists provide you the opportunity to store, compare and share items that you've selected.

How to Save to My Lists

1) Once you add items to the list, the list automatically saves.

2) If you are already logged in, you can go to My Lists page and start to manage multiple lists. You will receive a prompt to either save or discard your list if you had started one during your last visit

Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, Leed’s will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specied.

Orders are only accepted from quali ed promotional products distributors. For tax reasons, third party billing is not permitted. Due to custom manufacturing, the following may not be ordered with other Leed’s products: beach towels; robes; JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, Showcase and Graphic Wrap items. A separate purchase order must be submitted and additional lead times are required.

*Complete purchase order number as generated on your PO form must be placed in the subject line of both the order and art emails before they can be reviewed. All emailed orders must be sent to the above email addresses in the form of a PDF attachment. Any other formats may result in processing delays. Purchase orders will not be accepted at the art@leedsworld.com or sureshipart@leedsworld.com addresses. 
Artwork must be sent separately to the artwork email addresses listed above.

Order Acknowledgement for Imprint Orders

After receiving your order, Leed’s will send you an Order Acknowledgement. Please read carefully and contact the factory immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary. All changes must be con rmed in writing.

Order Minimum

All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted and are subject to the less than minimum charge. SureShip® is available for less than minimum orders; however, it incurs a double less than minimum charge. Less than minimums are not available for beach towels, robes or JournalBooks Reveal, Showcase, Frame and Graphic Wrap items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only with written factory authorization prior to imprinting or production. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, it may be subject to additional charges. Charges will still apply to any product proof received prior to order cancellation. See decorating and add-on pricing page for associated charges.

Blank Product Returns

First quality blank returns are subject to a restocking fee. Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific return authorization from the factory and all returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date in order to be eligible for credit.

Customer Approval

Leed’s must receive your proof approval and must have shipping information before production commences. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and lead time. The following proofs are available:

Online proofs are available at no charge upon request.

Paper Proof (only if requested)

First paper proof is free. Additional paper proofs, available upon request at a cost.

Product Proof

Product proofs can be ordered at an additional cost. Product proofs can be shipped using our standard 5-day ship when requested. Cost is product proof charge plus item price, running charge, overnight freight charges and applicable order setup. Depending on order size and imprint type, Leed’s may require a product proof.


Artwork Requirements

Note: Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting or resizing is free, but is not available on SureShip® orders.

Virtual Specs

Can be ordered in the following two ways:
• Request a virtual sample from your Leed’s sales representative, who can help you identify the best product for your application. 
• Create your own free virtual sample on our website instantly (available on most products).

Blank Samples

Blank samples are available on most products and can be purchased at catalog EQP pricing and 50% off ground shipping when ordered on our website. Limit of three per item number. Sample orders received by 5 PM EST (for U.S. destinations) and 4 PM EST (for Canadian destinations) can ship same day if specified on order and would ship on PCNA’s preferred carrier. If using a UPS third party account, the sample order will ship the next business day. Blank samples are non-returnable. Blank samples are not available for beach towels, robes or JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, Showcase and Graphic Wrap items, but random samples are available at EQP. Most can ship next day.

Spec Samples

Spec samples include a specific logo, decoration method and location. These can be purchased at 25% off catalog EQP for the product. These items are non-returnable. Full setup and running charges apply. Limit of three per item number. Spec samples are available for SureShip® up to 5 items (maximum of 3 pieces per item). Lead time on spec samples for JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, Showcase and Graphic Wrap journals are 9 business days from approval, FOB Charlotte. Spec samples are not available on beach towels or robes.

Self-Promotions

Self-promotions can be purchased at 50% off catalog EQP for the product (25% off licensed brands*, all technology items and memory items). Full setup and running charges apply. These items are non-returnable. Limit of middle-column quantity per item number. Due to increased holiday production, self-promotion orders for all items must ship by November 10, 2017. Additional restrictions may apply on new items. Self-promotion discount only applies to the speci c piece that is decorated with the distributor’s name or logo only. The addition of other imprinted logos or names to the product will disqualify it from receiving any discount. In the case of multiple items on one order; only the items with the distributor name or logo are eligible for the self-promotion discount. Clearance items are not available for self-promotion. Services

Customer Inserts

Please call for lead times if insertions/attachments are requested. Insertion instructions must be noted on your purchase order. When requesting label attachments, printed labels must be provided to Leed’s. Production will not begin until customer-supplied inserts/ attachments are received. Orders above catalog quantity will require additional lead time. Leed’s items will be inserted into other Leed’s items free of charge. Blank Product

Pricing is available on our website and is solely based on item quantity. Blank products are not eligible for EQP pricing. Turnaround time is one business day. Blank orders received by 2:00 PM EST can ship same day if speci ed on order, except beach towels and robes which require two days to process. Same day shipping not available when shipping via LTL carrier or US Mail. Blank product is not available for JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, Showcase and Graphic Wrap items. USB Uploading

Upload your information onto our USB memory items by utilizing a user-friendly process. Visit our website for details. If Leed’s needs to upload your information manually, there will be an additional handling charge. USB upload charges do not qualify for EQP pricing. Lead Times

SureShip® next day turnaround with no additional charge on orders received by midnight (EST). Please see SureShip®  checklist for additional details. Standard lead time orders will ship 3-Days after order clearance for exact reorders and 5-Days after order clearance for orders with new art.  If your order is needed sooner for an event date, please note the event date on your purchase order and we will do everything possible to support your request.  Note that beach towels, robes and JournalBooks Reveal, Frame, Showcase and Graphic Wrap journals require additional lead time. ​ 

 

Production and Shipping Information

Production time begins upon receipt of signed Order Approval Form, approval of credit and reciept of all order information including shipping addresses and customer inserts. Leed’s uses FedEx as standard carrier U.S. domestic shiptments quoting purposes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an Advance Shipping Notice, which includes a tracking number.

Shipments within the United States

FOB New Kensington, Pennsylvania, FOB Charlotte, NC (JournalBooks Showcase, Reveal, Frame and Graphic Wrap Journals), FOB Greenville, SC (All beach towels and robes) 

Shipments within Canada

FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada providing that ground and expedited services will ship via our designated carrier as prepay (no third party billing, no customer-specified carriers). To arrange for pickup of the shipment, or specify a carrier and account number, one business day must be added to the ship date for FOB Toronto. If you cannot add the additional business day, the order will ship FOB New Kensington.

International Shipments (Including Canada)

FOB New Kensington, Pennsylvania, FOB Charlotte, NC (JournalBooks Showcase, Reveal, Frame and Graphic Wrap Journals), FOB Greenville, SC (All beach towels and robes). Catalog prices do not include duties, taxes or broker fees. These fees will be prepaid and added to your invoice (free domicile) provided we are shipping your order and billing you for the freight. You will be billed for these fees on your original invoice, if possible. If not, you will receive notification on your original invoice that charges will follow, and they will be billed within 60 days. Export documents will reflect customer purchase price and will be provided at no additional cost.

If you wish to specify a carrier and account number for an international shipment, you will be responsible for customs clearance and ultimate delivery of shipment, as well as for duties, taxes, and broker fees. You must provide broker name, address and phone number with your order.

JournalBooks Showcase, Reveal, Frame and Perfect Bound journals items ship from Charlotte, NC. Beach towel orders ship from Greenville, SC.

Export Information

Exporting goods to foreign markets is complex, and requirements vary by country. If you intend to export your order, our shipping department can handle the arrangements for your shipment and advise if there are any issues that might affect its import at your intended destination. However, due to the legal complexities surrounding international shipments, we are not permitted to provide any export documentation should you or your agent handle the export logistics.

 

Special Shipping

Drop Shipments

Drop shipment charges apply for each location per release, plus freight costs. Drop ship addresses must be received at the time of order receipt. If there are more than 10 drop shipment addresses, you must provide addresses electronically in a Microsoft® Excel file, sent on a disk or as an email attachment. For your convenience, Leed's offers a template for download​. SureShip® orders are limited to 10 drop ship addresses. Call for lead times for requests for over 50 locations.

Third-Party and Customer-Designated Shippers

Third party orders will be assessed per-order handling fee. If you provide us with an account number for shipping, or designate a specific carrier, you assume responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup. See decorating and add-on pricing grid for associated charges.

Special Shipping Instructions

Additional charges and lead-time may apply for special handling such as palletizing, using custom mailing labels, and special packaging requirements. Please call for lead times. Any labels or packaging must be sent to Leed’s prior to production. Please reference your purchase order number, company name, contact name and phone number. Additional charges may apply.

California Proposition 65 & CPSIA Compliance

Authorization & Indemnification – By placing an order with Leed’s, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and /or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Leed’s, its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney fees), arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Catalog Photography – Due to the nature of ceramic, tiny imperfections and slight variations in the material should not be perceived as defective. Measurements and ounces are approximate and may vary slightly. Registration of multiple color imprints may vary up to 1/16”. These variations and tolerances are within industry standards and therefore must be considered acceptable.

Inventory – In the unlikely event that we lack inventory to support your order, we will work with you to find a solution.​

Liability – All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the freight carrier.

Logo Disclaimer – Logos shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only, do not imply endorsement and are not for sale except by authorized owner. By submitting order and artwork to Leed’s, the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions. Customer hereby agrees to hold Leed’s harmless of all claims.

Over/Under Runs – ​We reserve the right to ship +/- 5% of the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly. Exact quantities can also be provided at an additional charge. Specify on PO if exact quantities are needed.

Payment – Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment.

Product Warranty – All items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. Leed’s disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties arising from course detailing or usage of trade and warranties of non-infringement.

Returns – Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific Return Authorization from the factory in order to be eligible for credit. First quality, blank returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Collections – Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all the collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.

Credits – Unused and/or unclaimed credits will be reserved/voided after 6 months.
